Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 31, 2026 • Last updated: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Style For Musician (“Clipora AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Clipora AI Windows desktop application, its account-connection pages, and related support services.
Clipora AI is designed to give users control over connecting accounts and sending videos to supported platforms. Clipora AI does not publish a video unless the user selects the destination, reviews the available settings, and explicitly confirms the action.
1. Information we process
Information from connected TikTok accounts
When you choose “Connect TikTok” and authorize Clipora AI through TikTok Login Kit, TikTok may provide:
- your TikTok Open ID or another platform account identifier;
- your TikTok display name and profile image;
- the permissions, or scopes, that you approved; and
- creator and posting settings needed to show valid choices, such as available privacy levels and interaction options.
The user.info.basic permission is used to identify and display the connected TikTok account inside Clipora AI.
Authorization information
We process OAuth access tokens and, where provided, refresh tokens needed to keep an authorized account connected and perform actions requested by the user. Clipora AI does not receive or store your TikTok password. Authentication is completed on TikTok’s authorization page.
Videos and posting instructions
When you choose to upload or publish, Clipora AI processes the local video you select and the posting information you provide, which may include:
- video file and basic technical properties;
- caption, title, hashtags, and mentions;
- selected privacy level;
- comment, Duet, Stitch, or similar interaction choices when available;
- commercial-content and AI-generated-content declarations; and
- upload, publish, and processing status identifiers returned by the platform.
The video.publish permission is used only for a user-confirmed Direct Post. The video.upload permission is used only when the user chooses to send a video to TikTok as a draft for completion in TikTok.
Technical and support information
We may process limited technical data such as application version, operating-system version, request time, error code, connection status, IP address recorded by hosting security logs, and information you voluntarily include in a support request. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
2. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- connect and display the account that you authorized;
- show posting choices available for that account;
- upload a draft or publish a video after your explicit confirmation;
- check and display upload or publishing status;
- maintain the account connection, including token refresh where supported;
- protect the service, prevent misuse, and diagnose errors;
- respond to support, privacy, and data-deletion requests; and
- comply with legal obligations and applicable platform requirements.
We do not use connected-account data or private videos to train artificial-intelligence models. We do not sell personal information or use TikTok account data for third-party advertising.
3. User control and consent
Connecting TikTok is optional. TikTok displays the permissions requested by Clipora AI, and you may approve or deny them. You may also revoke authorization at any time. Clipora AI requests only the permissions needed for the features offered to you.
Before a Direct Post, Clipora AI lets you review the destination account, video, caption and hashtags, available privacy and interaction settings, required declarations, and a final confirmation. We do not schedule or publish hidden automatic posts.
4. How information is shared
We may share or transmit information only in these limited circumstances:
- TikTok: Video and posting instructions are sent to TikTok when you request a draft upload or Direct Post. TikTok processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Other platforms you connect: Information is sent to a supported platform, such as YouTube, only when you choose to use that integration.
- Service providers: Limited information may be processed by hosting, security, and infrastructure providers that help operate Clipora AI and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, platform requirements, or to protect users, rights, and service security.
- Business transfer: If the service is reorganized or transferred, information may be transferred subject to this Policy and applicable law.
5. Video handling
Your original media remains on your computer unless you choose an action that transmits it. For a user-requested TikTok upload or post, the selected video is transmitted using TikTok’s Content Posting API and is processed only for the requested transfer and status check. We do not claim ownership of your video.
You should keep your own backup. Once content reaches TikTok or another connected service, that service’s retention, moderation, and deletion rules also apply.
6. Data retention
- Account profile and authorization data: retained only while reasonably needed to maintain the connection, until you disconnect or revoke access, the token expires, or you request deletion.
- Video transfer data: processed for the requested upload or post. Clipora AI does not intentionally keep a permanent server copy of the original video after the transfer is completed, unless required temporarily to finish the user-requested operation or resolve an error.
- Operational and security logs: generally retained for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate misuse, protect the service, comply with law, or resolve a support request.
- Support communications: retained as reasonably necessary to answer the request and maintain a record of the resolution.
Backup systems may retain deleted information for a limited period before it is overwritten. During that period, the information is not used for ordinary service operations.
7. Disconnecting TikTok and requesting deletion
You can stop Clipora AI’s TikTok access at any time:
- Open Clipora AI.
- Go to Posting Accounts or Tài khoản đăng bài.
- Choose TikTok and click Disconnect or Ngắt kết nối.
- You may also open TikTok and remove Clipora AI under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services.
To request deletion of Clipora AI data: email contact.styleformusician@gmail.com with the subject “Clipora AI Data Deletion Request.” Include your TikTok display name and enough information for us to verify the connection. Never send your TikTok password or full access token.
We will acknowledge a valid request and delete or de-identify data from active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, security needs, or an unresolved dispute. Revoking access may make the token unusable immediately even before our deletion process is completed.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may submit a request using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity and account connection before completing the request.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transmission where supported, access controls, and limited processing of account credentials. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your computer and revoke connected-app access if you believe your account has been compromised.
10. International processing
Clipora AI is operated from Vietnam and may use infrastructure in other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, subject to reasonable safeguards and applicable law.
11. Children
Clipora AI is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the service. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.
12. Third-party privacy practices
This Policy applies to Clipora AI. TikTok, YouTube, and other connected services have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies and account controls before authorizing access or publishing content.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our features, data practices, law, or platform requirements change. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
