Terms of Service
Effective date: July 31, 2026 • Last updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clipora AI, a Windows desktop video workflow application operated by Style For Musician (“Clipora AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using Clipora AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. The Clipora AI service
Clipora AI helps users prepare video content and, when the user chooses, send that content to supported third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. Available features may include selecting local videos, preparing captions and hashtags, choosing available posting options, uploading a draft, publishing directly, and checking processing status.
Clipora AI does not publish content without a user-initiated action and an explicit confirmation in the application.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally permitted to use Clipora AI and any connected third-party service. You are responsible for the security of your computer, your Clipora AI license, and the accounts you connect. You must provide accurate information when contacting us or using account-related features.
If you connect a TikTok, YouTube, or other third-party account, you must own that account or have authorization from its owner to manage and publish content through it.
3. Third-party platforms
Clipora AI integrates with independent third-party services. Your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform’s terms, privacy policy, community guidelines, music rules, advertising rules, and other applicable policies. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, approval decisions, processing times, reach, or continued API access.
TikTok is a third-party service and is not the operator of Clipora AI. Clipora AI’s use of TikTok features is subject to permissions granted by the user and the capabilities made available by TikTok.
4. Connecting and disconnecting accounts
When you connect a supported account, you authorize Clipora AI to use only the permissions shown on the platform authorization screen. For TikTok, these permissions may include reading basic profile information, uploading a video as a draft, and publishing a video after your confirmation.
You may disconnect an account inside Clipora AI and may also revoke access from the connected platform’s account settings. After access is revoked, related posting features may stop working until you reconnect and authorize them again.
5. User content and posting decisions
You retain ownership of videos, audio, images, captions, hashtags, and other material that you select or create (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process and transmit User Content only as necessary to provide the features you request.
You remain solely responsible for:
- reviewing the selected file, caption, hashtags, privacy setting, interaction options, and disclosures before posting;
- deciding whether content is advertising, sponsored, promotional, branded, or created or modified using AI;
- selecting an appropriate privacy level from the options made available by the connected platform;
- confirming that you have the necessary rights to all music, video, images, trademarks, likenesses, and other material in the post; and
- complying with applicable laws and the policies of every destination platform.
Submitting content through Clipora AI does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, retain, distribute, or monetize it.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Clipora AI to:
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized content;
- violate copyright, music, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, advertising, or other rights;
- impersonate another person or access an account without permission;
- spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform safeguards, or post through unauthorized automation;
- introduce malware, interfere with the service, probe security controls, or attempt to obtain another user’s credentials or tokens;
- reverse engineer or redistribute protected parts of Clipora AI except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use the application in a way that could cause us or another user to violate a third-party platform’s rules.
7. Software license
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase or license conditions, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Clipora AI for its intended purpose. Clipora AI and its original software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of Style For Musician and its licensors.
8. Updates and feature changes
We may update, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, compatibility, performance, or compliance. Third-party API changes may require an application update or may temporarily disable a connected feature. You are responsible for installing required updates.
9. Fees and purchases
Some Clipora AI features or license plans may require payment. Prices, included features, duration, renewal terms, and refund conditions will be shown at the point of purchase or in the applicable offer. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of information are described in the Clipora AI Privacy Policy. By using Clipora AI, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described there and as necessary to perform actions that you request.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Clipora AI at any time and disconnect linked accounts. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, respond to security risks, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipora AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent compatibility with any third-party platform, acceptance of any post, or any specific audience, revenue, engagement, or business result. You should keep backups of your original media and review all content before posting.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style For Musician and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, profits, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities arising from use of Clipora AI or a third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your misuse of Clipora AI, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights or a third-party platform’s policies.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights and other protections that apply in your country or region remain unaffected.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or platform requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
