Eligibility is based on the customer’s verified V17 order date. The V17 purchase must have been completed within 14 days before purchasing V19.
FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER BENEFIT
Customers purchasing an SFM Expansion product for the first time will begin with the V19 SFM Pro package at $159 or may choose the V19 SFM VIP Exclusive package at $299.
In addition to the selected V19 package, first-time customers will receive the complete V17 SFM collection, including all V17 content released from the beginning through the latest update available at the time of purchase.
- First-time Pro customer: Complete V17 collection + 55 V19 styles
- First-time VIP customer: Complete V17 collection + 60 V19 styles
The complete V17 collection is a special benefit for first-time customers and is not counted as part of the 55 or 60 V19 styles.
The V19 SFM Premium price of $99 is an update price reserved for existing SFM customers who have purchased a previous version.
AUTOMATIC PROGRESSIVE DELIVERY
V19 SFM Expansion is a continuously updated package. The complete V19 collection is not delivered all at once.
Whenever a new style or production batch is completed, it will be automatically sent to the customer’s registered email. Customers will continue receiving updates until the full quantity included in their selected package has been delivered.
The complete V17 collection for first-time customers is provided separately and does not replace the progressive V19 updates.
SFM will complete and deliver all styles as quickly as possible while maintaining professional production quality.

After payment, please export the Instrument Info file from your Yamaha keyboard and send it to our email address. - Existing SFM customers purchasing V19 as an update:
You do not need to export or send the Instrument Info file again. - No reinstallation is required for update customers.
The new V19 styles will be delivered as updates for your existing SFM Expansion Pack.
